We dispatch within 5-7 working-days subject to availability. Please note: orders received over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.
Please provide a delivery address where somebody is likely to be in to receive delivery (e.g. work address) as this will help us get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery with tracking.
All deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail second class (track 48) unless we decide to upgrade to first class (track 24).
please note: the tracking code only activates when the parcel has been delivered to the correct address. You are unable to track your parcel while it is on route.
We are not immune to general peak period postal delays e.g. Christmas, the Black Friday period or mail postal strikes, so we ask that you please allow an extra few days before contacting us with delivery queries at such times.
