Delivery

We aim to ship within 5-7 working days from receipt of order in most cases. 

Orders received over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. 

Please note that some items including mugs will arrive separately as we use a different supplier.

Please provide a delivery address where somebody is likely to be in to receive delivery (e.g. work address) as this will help us get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Our delivery costs are calculated by weight and presented at checkout. All deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD depending on weight/value of items. 

We have no control over exceptional conditions such as Royal Mail postal strikes, so we ask that you please allow an extra few days before contacting us with delivery queries at such times.
